Polyester Compound Sizing Agents<\/h1>\n

Polyester is where PVA is hardest to give up, which is why it is the warp most mills are still sizing with it. This is a complete PVA replacement for 100 percent spun polyester and polyester blends on high-speed looms, supplied as one ready-to-use compound.<\/p>\n

Alpenol’s polyester compound textile sizing agents are engineered specifically for polyester fabric and polyester-based spun yarns used in high-speed modern weaving. A single, ready-to-use sizing solution delivers uniform coating and strong yarn protection with no binders, mixers, or polyvinyl alcohol required.<\/p>\n

The compound improves warp yarn abrasion resistance, stabilizes the warp beam, reduces breaks during the weaving process, and functions as a complete PVA replacement, enabling efficient weaving with easier desizing, lower effluent load, and consistent greige fabric quality.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
