Water Soluble Compound Sizing Agents

Sizaltex water-soluble compound sizing agents are designed to simplify both the sizing process and the desizing process. A single, fully soluble sizing solution is used - no binders, mixers, or polyvinyl alcohol are required. The compound forms a uniform protective film on warp yarns, improves performance during the weaving process, and functions as a complete PVA replacement.

During desizing, the same water solubility eliminates the need for enzymes. Fabrics desize cleanly using hot water alone, reducing chemical load, energy consumption, and effluent impact while improving productivity and efficiency of the process. The result is efficient weaving, easy desizing, and consistent fabric quality with lower environmental footprint.
