Weaving performance depends on sizing being the same every time. Handling a wide range of fabric constructions across four machines means any drift in the size box shows up later as breakages on the loom, when the cause is several steps back.

Standardising on one compound across all four sizing machines removed the blending step and the variance that comes with it. Uniform film formation, controlled penetration and stable viscosity gave the same beam behaviour run to run.

Stable running at 1000+ picks per minute, reduced yarn breakages and predictable weaving performance across fabric styles. Fewer shop-floor interventions, so the team works on scale and quality rather than troubleshooting.
